Q: I have a different shipping address than the paypal
confirmed address, will you ship it to that address?
A: You will need to either email us or add a note at checkout. Your order may
not be shipped out right away if there are issues with the paypal address.

A: All packages are shipped out from ShenZhen, China.

A: Yes, we offer free shipping for all items throughout our store by Hong Kong
Post air mail.
Q: Do all packages come with tracking number?
A: No, the free shipping does not come with tracking number unless the total
value is over $40. You can also pay $2.00 for registered mail which provides
tracking number for order below $40.
Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A: HK Post Air Mail:
North America (US, Canada): 10 to 15 days
Europe:12 to 21 days
Australia: 5 to 12 days

Q: I tried to track my order with the tracking number you
provided, nothing shows up?
A: It takes about 2 to 3 days for Hong Kong Post to update the tracking status.

You can track your DHL package at http://www.dhl.com/.
Q: Is my package insured for the shipping lost and damage?
A: It does not come with the insurance. You can purchase the shipping insurance
($1.50 per $100) at checkout. Your package will be insured against lost or
damage.

A: Sometimes, customers do not know how to use or set up the product properly.
Please email us with your order number and problem description. Our staffs will

Q: I ordered the wrong item, can I send it back for
refund?
A: Yes, if you have the package in original package and you purchased the item
within 30 days, you may return it for refund. Please note, the shipping fee
($4.00 for free shipping) can not be refunded. We will not issue refund if you
do not have the original package.

Q: Who pays for the shipping for the returned package?
A: You pay for the package coming back to us. We will pay for the shipping going
